So far: two scary FREAKS
This blog is simply my way of recording encounters with freaks, in case I ever need to refer back to their insaine letters. The first part of this blog concerns TRENT JASON of Laytonville, California (a real estate salesperson) and the bottom part of the blog concerns JAMES WHITE AKA AMERICAN-MADE32@ATT.NET who claims his father is trying to sell land in Oak Run... and that he is simply a middle man, but who refused to give out the address, and wanted me to meet his "father" and follow his father to an undisclosed location! (Really? Yes, really.)
Freak #1: Trent Jason: California Real Estate Agent Salesperson
A simple listing on Craigslist in which I was asking if anyone had an acre or so they wanted to sell in Oak Run, California led to this freak contacting me stating he had property to sell. When I responded, simply asking "how much?" this is what was sent to me (Response #1). After reading it, I called him, and told him not to contact me, that his letter appeared as a threat, and then I followed with an email stating "Do not contact me again".
So what did Mr. Jason do? He sent me another email! (Response #2) And then days later, another email (Response #3) -this time with a CC to the Shasta Co. Sheriff Dept.
Yes, he is an actual real estate agent in California, although only a Salesperson located in Laytonville, California (Mendocino County).

You should not purchase real estate, as you will
end up being injured in the process.
You are not detailed enough to follow through on
information provided to you.
The price was provided to you, and you obviously
didn't read the literature that was provided to
you to examine.
Many people in Oak Run do not have the capacity to
comprehend aspects of real estate and real estate
law. 98 percent of all lots in Oak Run should not
be purchased. They will simply not increase in value
over the next 15 years. Land in Oak Run must have
substantial "utility value," and it should have
an adjacent creek, not in the middle of the lot,
but at the perimeter of the lot, and where it is
easily accessible, but not in a FEMA flood zone.
The lot should have a road in and a road out, if
the distance to the lot is more than 1,000 feet,
or it will not be subdividable as per CDF's
regulations. The road in and road out must be
at least .25 miles apart. The lot should be
fully useable. It should not be accessible by any
private third party. It should have amenities such
as old growth Oak trees, but the area should have
at least 1,000 linear feet of unobstructed use,
for horses, agricultural, camping, residential and
other uses. There should be to current codes and
regulations telephone and electrical lines on the
building pad, with a transformer on the telephone
pole within 200 feet of where the residence is
intended. The zone use should be unclassified,
so that all possible uses can be considered.
Access to water should be deeded, and recorded as
such, and a deeded spring should also exist, with
water lines to the residence. The shortest road
to the lot should be composed of rock base, and
the bridge access to cross a creek should be
in current compliance with California Department
of Fish and Game, the Army Corps of Engineers,
and the California Department of Transportation.
The lot should be within proximity of a State
Highway and in the proximity of a major County
road. Without this, the property's use is limited.
With limitations the value of the lot is not
susceptible of increasing in value.
You were not capable of reading the information,
and you should not purchase vacant land. It is in
your best interests to rent, as you may not have
the capacity to get through an escrow account.
You could lose your deposit and also be required to
pay attorney's fees to the seller, if the seller
removes the property from the market.
For you not to know the price, after it was provided
to you, is an indication you are not capable of
studying information which is readily available.
Trust me on this. I am on my way to Redding to
testify in a criminal matter, where a person
defrauded scores of people. I don't even live
in the area, but I must testify on January 17, 2012.
This person was defrauding people like you, and his
defense is that you knew, or could have reasonably
known, you were being defrauded. People can't cause
their own fraud, which is what you are subjecting
yourself to doing.
Trust me, if you attempt to purchase vacant land,
you could lose an awful lot. Once you are on title,
pursuant to federal law, if there are hazardous
wastes disposed of, such a vehicle oil, you are the
person who is liable to clean it up, even if it happened
50 years ago. The persons on title are always liable
for the clean-up. Even if you sell the property,
you will still be liable.
This is why the owner of Iron Peak Mountain is upset
for the $25 million he owes plus $26 million for the
accrued interest and attorney's fees, for the cost
to clean up the property he purchased, even though
the contamination occurred 100 years ago. The issue
is that anyone on title is strictly liable. Strict
liability means you can not raise a legal defense.
I looked at every property in the Oak Run area.
The one I purchased was a for sale by owner. He has
an engineering degree and did the engineering for
the gravel road and the bridge. It took him five
years to accomplish this. It is no easy task.
The owner who sold it to him, worked with him for
these five years to accomplish this. There were
several hundreds of truckloads of crushed rock to
install the road in to the lot. The simply looking
bridge was completely replaced. Had there not been
a bridge there already, a new one would not have
been allowed to be installed.
You need to hire an expert before you proceed further.
You are exactly what someone is looking for to defraud
you. In Shasta County if you think your real estate
agent won't defraud you, he or she will. I have
testified as to every single Realtor I have had to
deal with.
If you do not have 50 gallons of water per minute,
25 hours a day for every 10 acres of land, you should
not purchase a vacant lot. It may never increase in
value. Water is the primary value of land in Oak
Run. If you do not have a year round creek or river,
with 100 gallons a second passing by, year round,
why purchase in Oak Run, or anywhere outside the
incorporated City of Redding.
If the lot is on a hillside, you may find that you
can not build on it. The lot should be completely
level, with less than a 3 percent grade.
If other property owners need to go through your
property to gain access to their property, you
should not purchase it.
I am one of the best experts in real estate in
California. I am a risk assessment manager in the
real estate industry.
DO NOT PROCEED IN A PROPERTY PURCHASE WITHOUT AN EXPERT,
OR YOU COULD LOSE MORE THAN THE COST OF THE PROPERTY.
I can not assist you in these matters.
Perhaps someone else can.
The property you purchase should be one where no other
property is available for sale with anything close the
amenities of the given property you are considering.
You should take my list of amenities seen as
comparable.
Don't end up homeless, which is where most residents
in your area have ended up in the past three years.
Most lots in Oak Run have a value of less than ten
thousand dollars, not matter what the list price is.

FREAK TRENT JASON RESPONSE #3
When you hung-up on me, after making a hallucinatory
statement to me that the below represented e-mail]
was taken by you as a threat, I made a number of calls.
You are a problem person, and you have no assets to
purchase property. The only persons with the last
name Car in Shasta County are 101 year old Luigi
Victor Car, and his 90 year old wife, Anna, who
purchased their property on March 04, 1976,
Book 2924, page 893, from Lewis J. and Mary Westlake.
There is nothing as to you owning property in Shasta County.
You are someone who wants something for nothing, and
you are the con artist, not the sellers. You see
threats which don't exist because it is in your
personality to scheme away in life.
When you hang up on people that you telephone to,
they are obviously going to protect their interests
and do a background check on you.
I see you as the threat, and I intend to make sure you
do not scheme away with other people.
Never telephone someone if you intend to hang up on
them when they confront you as to your falsehoods.
Otherwise, you are admitting what is said about you
as true. Shasta County has enough problem people.
You need to live with your parents, no matter how
old you are.
You are in a lot of trouble as to your wrongful
conduct. I see you as a dangerous person.

This is the first of a series of responses from FREAK #2 JAMES WHITE AKA AMERICAN-MADE32@ATT.NET when i simply asked where exactly the property that he was advertising for sale, was located.

For sale: 1.12 acres of useable land in Oak Run California located in the Ponderosa Subdivision. Land is bell shaped and mainly level but part of it has a slight slope to it. Plenty of trees offer privacy/shade and it's located next to 2 frontage roads for easy access. There is NO water, sewer, or electricity but there are phone lines. This spot would be perfect for a camping retreat, a modular home, a new build, or it's a great place for that summer garden! The possibilities are endless for this piece of land in an area where not many people live!!!!
Asking $9,500 but willing to listen to "serious" offers. Full CASH payment only. I WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT EXCEPT PAYMENTS OF ANY KIND so don't even bother offering any. Serious inquiries only! If you have any questions or would like to see the property, please respond with your contact info and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

FREAK #2 JAMES WHITE'S FIRST RESPONSE AFTER I ASKED WHERE THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED: It's my dad's property and I'm only listing it for sale for him since he doesn't have a computer. All I do is put it on craigslist and pass on any phone numbers to him so he can call the interested parties. I have nothing to do with the sale or viewing of the land, but I already explained all of that to you.
Nobody is allowed to view it on their own! If you aren't comfortable meeting with my dad in person that's fine, but he's not comfortable letting a complete stranger do whatever they want on his land when he's not around!
So if you don't want me to pass on your number to him or you aren't willing to meet in person, then maybe you should look elsewhere.

You said to contact you if I was interested. Sorry, but I'm not comfortable meeting up with a complete stranger, and then following him to property at an "undisclosed address," in the mountains.

Go ahead and report me! I've already went and filled a report with the Shasta County Sheriffs Department, I spoke to someone at Craigslist, and I'm waiting to hear back from the Tahoe Sheriffs Dept. so they are aware of what you did! Don't play stupid! Remember "you weren't willing to drive from Tahoe to mess with someones acre of land"? I have all your previous emails you sent using the address, and the ones from your address. Now that you put that shit on craigslist about my family, our attorney told me to tell you that if you don't take that ad you put up down in the next hour, your ASS is being sued!!!!!!! Don't worry, craigslist already indicated who placed that ad. Now then YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED that a big lawsuit is coming your way!!!!!!

I have asked you nicely not to contact me again, and you obviously refuse. This is your final warning. If you are a cop, which I'm sure you are not, then you should know that your emails, at this point, are definitely harassmenthttp://www.craigslist.org/about/scams
