This is the first of a series of responses from FREAK #2 JAMES WHITE AKA AMERICAN-MADE32@ATT.NET when i simply asked where exactly the property that he was advertising for sale, was located.

For sale: 1.12 acres of useable land in Oak Run California located in the Ponderosa Subdivision. Land is bell shaped and mainly level but part of it has a slight slope to it. Plenty of trees offer privacy/shade and it's located next to 2 frontage roads for easy access. There is NO water, sewer, or electricity but there are phone lines. This spot would be perfect for a camping retreat, a modular home, a new build, or it's a great place for that summer garden! The possibilities are endless for this piece of land in an area where not many people live!!!!
Asking $9,500 but willing to listen to "serious" offers. Full CASH payment only. I WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT EXCEPT PAYMENTS OF ANY KIND so don't even bother offering any. Serious inquiries only! FREAK #2 JAMES WHITE'S FIRST RESPONSE AFTER I ASKED WHERE THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED: It's my dad's property and I'm only listing it for sale for him since he doesn't have a computer. All I do is put it on craigslist and pass on any phone numbers to him so he can call the interested parties. I have nothing to do with the sale or viewing of the land, but I already explained all of that to you.
Nobody is allowed to view it on their own! If you aren't comfortable meeting with my dad in person that's fine, but he's not comfortable letting a complete stranger do whatever they want on his land when he's not around!
So if you don't want me to pass on your number to him or you aren't willing to meet in person, then maybe you should look elsewhere.

I've already went and filled a report with the Shasta County Sheriffs Department, I spoke to someone at Craigslist, and I'm waiting to hear back from the Tahoe Sheriffs Dept. so they are aware of what you did! Don't play stupid! Remember "you weren't willing to drive from Tahoe to mess with someones acre of land"? I have all your previous emails you sent using the address, and the ones from your address. Now that you put that shit on craigslist about my family, our attorney told me to tell you that if you don't take that ad you put up down in the next hour, your ASS is being sued!!!!!!! Don't worry, craigslist already indicated who placed that ad. Now then YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED that a big lawsuit is coming your way!!!!!!
